This plan assumes you can protect about six hours on weekdays combined and three to four hours on weekends. If your week is heavier, stretch each phase rather than skipping remediation.
Weeks 1–2: Orient and build the loop
Read a concise overview of People, Process, and Business Environment. Complete untimed situational sets daily (15–25 questions). Start an error log. Learn your app or book navigation so friction does not eat study time.
Weeks 3–4: Add timing and depth
Introduce timed sets of 20–40 questions. Deepen weak Process topics you keep missing: risk responses, quality cost of change, procurement conflict, hybrid delivery. Keep one People-heavy day because leadership scenarios are easy to under-train.
Week 5: First full mock
Take a full-length mock under realistic conditions. Sleep well the night before. Afterward, spend more time on analysis than you spent taking the exam. Rebuild the next ten days of study from your failure tags, not from a generic syllabus.
Week 6: Remediation sprint
Only drill what the mock exposed. Mix short scenario blocks with flashcards for definitions that still slow you down. Revisit life-cycle selection questions until you can explain predictive vs agile vs hybrid in one minute.
Week 7: Second mock and calm confidence
Second full mock. Compare domain scores to week 5. If Business Environment is still weak, schedule two focused sessions on benefits, compliance, and strategy alignment. If People is weak, rehearse conflict scripts.
Week 8: Taper
Short daily sets, light review of your error log, confirm exam logistics, and protect sleep. Do not cram new frameworks the night before. Confidence comes from recognizing patterns you have already practiced.
PMO Academy mini mock and 180-question mock fit weeks 5 and 7; flashcards and situational banks cover the daily loop. Whatever tools you use, keep the structure.
