PMO Academy is an independent study aid for project management certifications. It provides flashcards, practice quizzes, mock exams, and progress tracking for free and premium subscribers.

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not store your full payment card details. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable store to charge fees according to its terms.
You may cancel anytime in your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or via Account in the app. After cancellation:
Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google under their store policies. PMO Academy cannot issue store refunds directly.
All content in the Service — including text, graphics, flashcards, quizzes, and software — is owned by PMO Academy or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or share account credentials.
You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe others’ rights, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. The Service is an independent study aid and does not guarantee exam passage or certification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMO Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
